Dr. Carrejo has extensive experience in integrated healthcare systems. He spent the majority of his career providing executive-level oversight of pharmaceutical contracting, biotech industry negotiations, and drug utilization management. Ambrose’s expertise is drug use management, improving outcomes, and cost-effectiveness within large systems of care and biopharma contracting.
A recognized national expert, he has testified before the U.S. Senate, providing background information to Government agencies and private counsel on matters regarding the purchase and marketing of pharmaceuticals. Most recently, Dr. Carrejo has been developing Part D negotiation scenarios and how these proposed IRA discounts may propagate throughout the marketplace.
